Privacy at Play Micro Drama
The short version: we do not collect personal information. Nothing here asks you to sign up, and we set no advertising or analytics cookies.
The server's own log
Like almost any web server, ours keeps a standard access log: the address that was requested, the time, the referring page, the browser's self-reported user-agent, plus the network address the request arrived from. We read it to keep the site healthy and to spot abuse, and old entries are rotated away.
One small activity ping
Your first tap, key press or mouse-wheel spin on any page triggers one tiny request back to this site with three values: the page address, the referring site's name (when there is one) and the page's age in milliseconds. There is no identifier inside it. It only helps us tell real visits apart from automated traffic.
Cloudflare
Every page travels through Cloudflare, which stores cached copies and filters attacks before they reach us. Cloudflare handles connection data under its own privacy terms.
Watching a preview
Pressing Start makes your browser fetch the episode from the rights holder's or the distributing platform's servers, and those servers may log that request under their own rules. For some series a small helper script in your browser (a service worker) reads the episode directly from the platform's file; it keeps nothing about you. If that is not possible, our server relays the stream without saving it.
Codes and your clipboard
The hand-off screen copies the in-app search code for you, and it does so only as you press its button. Nothing on this site reads the clipboard's existing contents.
Affiliate links
Some Play on links are affiliate links, so the app on the other side can credit us if you subscribe. Whatever that app records is governed by its own privacy policy, not ours.
