Apollo's daughter defies Zeus to save the Hades demigod she was sent to kill.
Sierra Blair enters campus with a blade meant for Alex Thorne's throat, dispatched by Zeus to erase the son of Hades before his power fully wakes. Their duel never comes. A supernatural illusion swallows the school, rewriting corridors into a lethal labyrinth where students vanish and monsters hunt in packs. Alex, long targeted by cruel classmates, drops his mask and pours shadow magic into a shield that holds the darkness back, his body failing under the strain. Sierra watches the boy she was ordered to execute burn his own life force for strangers who tormented him. The sight shatters her mission. She turns her light against the nightmare instead, weaving radiance through his crumbling shadows to stitch a defense neither god designed. As trials escalate, the ancient feud between Olympus and the Underworld crumbles beneath their joined hands, and something warmer than alliance takes root in the chaos.
