Caroline must prove her daughter's medical emergency is real while exposing the airline's safety failures.
Caroline Hoover boards an Aureline Airways flight with her pilot husband Wilson and their daughter Abby, who depends on a ventilator. A terrifying nightmare of Wilson slashing her wrists and a flight attendant's dog mauling her gives way to a horrifying reality: Wilson throws Abby's ventilator aside to rescue Olivia Johnson's pet, insisting the child is healthy. Passengers side with the pilot, leaving Caroline isolated and desperate as Abby stops breathing.
